Shipping & Delivery
After your order ships, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
 

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
 

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
 

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because every item is handmade, we want you to love what you receive.
 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
 

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
 

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
